All of our pillows are produced when you order them, on-demand, to avoid waste and keep our business sustainable. We go out of our way to use only the highest quality materials and processes. When you buy a pillow, we produce it, package it and ship it to you.
The quickest way to evaluate shipping costs is to add the desired products to your Shopping Cart and enter your shipping information to calculate exact shipping costs. If you added multiple product types to your cart, you will also see how many packages you will receive.

We will only be able to update the shipping address on an order so long as the order has not yet shipped. Please contact our support team immediately so we can attempt to adjust the order in time.
If you need to cancel an order once placed, please contact us immediately as we are unable to change the status of your order once it left our distribution center.
If your order is damaged in transit or simply does not meet your satisfaction we are happy to offer a full refund as long as you email us within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your purchase has been damaged in transit, please send us a photo of the item(s) and any additional description. We will review it and begin processing a replacement right away.
All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. Refunds should appear on your account in 2-3 business days if issued to a credit card. Refunds issued to a bank account typically take 7-10 days to reflect on the account balance. If your refund does not show on your account balance within this time, please contact your credit card company or financial institution.
